This Strategic Plan establishes a clear trajectory for the affirmation of BPC as a modern, solid bank oriented towards the economic and social development of the country.

By 2025, the BPC Strategic Plan had reached the halfway point of its implementation horizon, registering an overall execution rate of 57.4%. The recorded performance reflects the direct impact of initiatives developed in the four strategic areas, demonstrating consistent progress on the main points of the transformation agenda.

These results demonstrate significant progress in the Bank’s operational and strategic transformation, reinforcing the construction of a more efficient and modern BPC, aligned with the objectives set for the period 2024–2027.
